Who we are

This policy covers this website and how Columbus Bookkeepers (operated by Accufiscal LLC) handles the information you give us. Columbus Bookkeepers is a service of Accufiscal LLC.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form, and what you type to our chat assistant.
• Phone calls: when you call us, an AI receptionist answers. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request.
• Text messages: messages you send us and that we send you.
• Site visits: we count page views. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't store your IP address for this.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, tell you about our services and pricing, set up and provide your service if you sign up, and keep our site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you agreed to it, for example by ticking the box on our contact form, by saying yes when you call us, or by texting us first. Messages are about your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our text messages.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run this website and our communications for us (hosting, email, phone, text messaging and AI services), under agreements that let them use it only to provide those services, and when the law requires it.

Client accounts and payments

If you sign up, your account, bank connections and payments are handled on the LedgerHelm platform, which we use to provide our service. Its handling of that information is described in the LedgerHelm privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while we may still be talking with you, and as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
